About the Course
Course Overview
Innovation often fails not because of a lack of ideas, but because teams think in silos, talk past one another, or rush to solutions without clarity. The 6 Hat Strategy Lab is a structured, hands-on innovation program based on Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats framework, designed to help teams think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and innovate with purpose. This lab equips participants with a shared thinking language to explore problems from multiple perspectives; facts, emotions, risks, opportunities, creativity, and process. Enabling better decisions, stronger ideas, and aligned action. The program focuses on purposeful innovation that is thoughtful, inclusive, and execution-ready.
